We aren’t just online coaches fresh out of a course. We have both been in the trenches well over 15 years each, and have the RESULTS from our clients to back up the knowledge.

Our success helped us build an ‘ALL IN ONE’ 10,000sqft private gym, spa, restaurant, clothing brand and meal prep company making thousands of clients lives easier because we did the donkey work.

Both our partners work in the brand, my brother is the operations manager, my partner’s Mam works in our restaurant, my Grandma too, and my Grandad is the handy man who fixes everything and whips Kev and I into shape to make we never stop working hard for each and every client with us.

It’s important to know that what might be an 8 out of 10 day for you, would not necessarily be an 8 out of 10 day for someone else. That’s why we work together alongside you to implement the best SUPER SIMPLE STRATEGIES (as we like to call them), that would make you feel successful for the day by taking action on those steps.

We have this covered with some great tools where we even help do it for you. But the reality is we don’t want you living your life in a calorie tracker. We educate you on food and calories while you’re with us and use ways of even making it fun (did he just say that???)… erm Yeh I did!
